This notice explains how MyDiro (“we”, “us”) handles personal information provided through this website. We are the data controller for personal data collected here.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, company, work email, and — if you provide them — your telephone number, project location and the details you include in your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs to operate and secure the site.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information solely to respond to and handle your enquiry. Our lawful bases are your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Please do not submit confidential, export-controlled or security-classified information through the form.

How enquiries are processed

The enquiry form is processed through our hosting provider, Netlify, which handles the submission on our behalf as a data processor. Where a project requires specialist input, information is shared only as necessary and under appropriate confidentiality. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, please use thecontact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
